1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Prodigy Studios ("Store," "we," "our"). By placing an order or browsing our Store, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms in full. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.

2. Definitions

  • "Product" — any FiveM script, resource, asset, or digital item listed for sale in the Store.
  • "Buyer" / "Customer" — any individual or entity that purchases or downloads a Product from the Store.
  • "Server" — a FiveM game server on which the Buyer has administrative rights or explicit authorization to install modifications.
  • "License" — a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use a Product under the conditions described herein.

3. License Grant & Restrictions

Upon successful payment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable License to use the purchased Product. This License permits you to:

  • Install and run the Product on a single FiveM Server that you own or are authorized to manage.

Use on additional servers requires the purchase of additional licenses unless otherwise stated on the Product listing.

Under this License, you are strictly prohibited from:

  • Redistributing, reselling, sublicensing, leaking, or sharing the Product — whether in its original or modified form — to any third party.
  • Claiming authorship or ownership of the Product or any portion thereof.
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of obfuscated or compiled components.
  • Removing, altering, or concealing any copyright notices, watermarks, or proprietary markings embedded in the Product.
  • Using the Product for purposes that violate the FiveM Terms of Service, Cfx.re platform rules, or any applicable law.

Violation of any of the above restrictions will result in immediate License revocation without refund and may lead to further legal action.

4. Commercial Use & Monetization

Use of the Product under this License is limited to operation on a single authorized FiveM server for standard community gameplay purposes. Any commercial exploitation beyond ordinary server access is strictly prohibited without a separate written Commercial License Agreement. Commercial use includes, without limitation:

  • Selling, licensing, auctioning, or otherwise monetizing any in-game asset, "1 of 1" item, vehicle, weapon, MLO, feature, system, or derivative work created from or enabled by the Product.
  • Granting paid, tiered, or exclusive access to functionality enabled by the Product.
  • Bundling the Product or its enabled features as part of paid packages, subscriptions, digital goods, or promotional offerings.
  • Reselling or transferring access to the Product or any derivative implementation to other servers, communities, or entities.

All monetization must independently comply with Cfx.re/FiveM Terms of Service and Tebex policies. A standard License purchase does not grant commercial resale or sublicensing rights.

Violation of this section constitutes material breach and may result in immediate license termination without refund.

5. Product Descriptions & Availability

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that all Product descriptions, previews, and feature lists are accurate at the time of publication. However, we do not guarantee that:

  • Product descriptions are free of errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.
  • Products will be compatible with every server framework, configuration, or third-party resource.
  • Products will remain available indefinitely — we reserve the right to discontinue or modify any listing at our discretion.

It is the Buyer's responsibility to verify compatibility with their server environment before making a purchase.

6. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make purchases from our Store. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

7. Payments & Pricing

All transactions are processed through Tebex (tebex.io). By completing a purchase, you also agree to Tebex's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to change product pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been completed.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our Products, all sales are generally considered final. However, a refund request may be considered if:

  • The Product is materially defective or fundamentally does not function as described, and the issue is reported within 7 days of purchase.
  • You have not modified, adapted, or integrated the Product into a production server in a way that makes the issue unverifiable.

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • You changed your mind or no longer need the Product.
  • The Product does not work due to conflicts with your specific server configuration, third-party scripts, or incorrect installation.
  • You have violated any of the License restrictions outlined in Section 3.

All refund requests must be submitted through our official support channels and are subject to review at our sole discretion.

9. Support & Updates

  • We provide reasonable support for issues directly related to our Products through our designated support channels (e.g., Discord).
  • Support does not extend to general FiveM server setup, third-party script conflicts, or custom modifications made by the Buyer.
  • Product updates, if any, are provided at our discretion and are not guaranteed. We are under no obligation to maintain, update, or patch any Product after purchase.

10. Intellectual Property

All Products, including but not limited to their code, design, documentation, and associated materials, remain the exclusive intellectual property of Prodigy Studios. The purchase of a Product grants a License to use it — it does not constitute a transfer of ownership or intellectual property rights.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Store is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our privacy practices.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Prodigy Studios and its contributors shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

  • The use or inability to use any Product.
  • Loss of data, revenue, or server downtime related to the use of our Products.
  • Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your server resulting from the use of third-party modifications alongside our Products.

All Products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind — whether express, implied, or statutory — including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Prodigy Studios and its contributors from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our Products, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

14. External Links & Third-Party Services

Our Store may contain links to external websites or third-party services. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Accessing such links is entirely at your own risk.

15. Account Responsibility & Chargebacks

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of any account used to make purchases. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team may result in:

  • Permanent blacklisting from all Store services.
  • Reporting to Tebex.

16. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our Products shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which Prodigy Studios operates.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

18. Amendments

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Continued use of the Store after any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
